Understanding Advertised Assignments

In some cases it may be appropriate to consider advertising in the regional or relevant motor industry press to either maximise the recruitment options or to find those candidates with particular skills or experience:

Our procedure would be broadly as follows:-
To carefully define the following after discussion with the client:
  • Job Description and reporting structure
  • Reason for the appointment
  • Key objectives of the position
  • Person Specification including key skills and experience
  • Employment package and benefits
We are able to recommend suitable advertising media and to draw up appropriate copy. We would produce a Master Interview Assessment against which each applicant would be judged. We usually review results of our work at each stage. If required we undertake reference checking and psychometric testing.

Fees include:
  • Cost of advertisement - paid on publication.
  • Recruitment fees invoiced in stages. First stage paid on placement of advert.
