In 1961 Steele-Dixon was founded as "The Motor Trade Employment People" and thus became the first recruitment business to specialise in the Motor Industry. Since then we have had a continuous history working in the sector.

An Executive search consultancy with skills in handing specialised and senior appointments.

An overseas division which has considerable experience at recruiting all levels in the Motor Industry, particularly in the Middle and Far East, North and East Africa, Australasia and the Caribbean.

Interim Recruitment - We recruit Senior Managers and specialists to work on project or interim roles.

Today we have a team of 6 consultants who combine very extensive recruitment experience together with knowledge gained in various line management roles with Vehicle Manufacturers, Importers and Retail Groups.
