We are expanding our team and are actively looking for a Recruitment Resourcer.

The successful candidate will join our well-established team working on some of the most exciting and rewarding recruitment projects in the industry with high profile clients including major vehicle manufacturers and distributors.

The role of the Recruitment Resourcer is key in any agency. It can also be an excellent first step on the way to a recruitment consultant role.

Key duties will include:

• Database management
• Sourcing jobs from the internet
• Sourcing candidates from the internet
• Responsible for updating & maintaining Social Media platforms
• Supporting the consultants on assignments
• Managing marketing campaigns
• Contacting candidates
• Various ad hoc duties

To succeed in this particular role you will need to be a confident communicator as this role will involve constant interaction with a range of different people and personalities. You should also be an excellent judge of character and be able to think on your feet. A good knowledge of the various social media platforms and how to use them will be a big advantage.
