Our Client is a well established Importer and Retailer in the Middle East who as a result of continued expansion wishes to employ an expat General Manager. You will be responsible for a staff of 400 employed in a volume car and LCV business operating from modern and well equipped facilities that includes 4 sales outlets and a 100+ bay workshop.
Although both growth and profits have been strong in recent years there is now a need to enhance the processes and systems and to introduce a culture of best practice from the either the UK or other major World Market.
The successful candidate will need a sound motor trade track record at senior level, excellent people skills and the ability to adapt to the middle east culture. Previous experience gained overseas will be essential.
