As Aftersales Manager, you will be an integral member of the Management Team. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • ead your department in a clear, considered and appropriate manner, in line with the Groups vision, and build an accountable and progressive business unit.
  • Analyse the vast array of data available, to make swift, decisive and effective decisions to change the direction of, or an operation within, your department, for the benefit of delivering an outstanding result.
  • Ensure that all employees have clear objectives that are intrinsically linked to those of the wider department and business.
  • Champion the effective and accurate usage, and compliance with, all systems and processes.
  • Ensure that all reporting information is compiled in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Champion and maintain a culture of customer service excellence.

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 08:00-18:00 & Saturday (1 in 3) 08:30-12:30.
