Customer satisfaction, Voice of customer and productivity is becoming increasingly important, the individual will have to be confident enough to build dashboards and presentations to report on this.
A secondary aspect of the role would involve working in conjunction with all CANS teams to provide operational support during busy periods whether it be via telephone or case management in adherence to departmental processes and guidelines.
Experience in a similar reporting role is desirable.
