As Service Reception Manager you will play a crucial role in driving our clients business forward. Friendly and professional, you’ll inspire your team to ensure that every customer’s experience of or clients Centre is exceptional. You will have strong leadership skills, along with the ability to implement change.
Your duties will include:
Maximising commercial opportunities;
Monitoring customer needs to maintain high levels of customer service;
Selecting and recruiting members of the Service Team; and
Ensuring sufficient resources are available to meet servicing requirements.
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 08:00-18:00 and Saturday 08:00-13:00.
